Can I fix my photo with AI?

Yes, if you choose to. By default we only crop and resize your photo. If a check fails, you can ask AI to close your mouth, straighten your head, add space above your head or replace the background, and you can upscale a photo that is too small. The US State Department and the UK Passport Office say they do not accept photos changed with software, so for those documents we show their rule and ask you to confirm first.

Will my photo be accepted?

We cannot promise that. The checks catch common problems before you pay, but the issuing authority makes the final decision on every photo.

How much does a passport photo cost?

Each photo costs 2 credits for one document. That includes the digital file and every print sheet for that photo. Checking, previewing and retakes use no credits. Optional AI fixes cost 4 credits and a 2x upscale costs 2.

Do I need an account?

You can upload a photo, run the checks and see the preview first. To get the photo you sign in, and 2 credits are used.

What happens to my photo?

Your photo is measured and cropped in your browser. For the final check, and for any AI fix or upscale you pick, a copy is sent for processing and Picverce AI does not keep it. Passport photos are not saved to your History.

How do I print my passport photo?

Download the 4 × 6 in or 10 × 15 cm sheet and print it at a photo lab or kiosk at full size, with no scaling or borders, then cut along the guides. The A4 sheet is for printing on photo paper at home.

Why can I not make a Canadian or German passport photo here?

Canada asks for a commercial photographer who stamps the back of the photo, and applications in Germany only accept digital photos sent by a photo studio or taken at the citizen office. A photo from this tool would not qualify, so we show the rules and the official link instead.
