1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Picverce AI ("the Service") at picverce.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Service description

Picverce AI is a suite of AI image tools and generators available in English and Spanish, covering photo enhancement, upscaling, sharpening, restoration, colorization, background, object, and watermark removal, style transforms, and AI image, outfit, and hairstyle generation.

3. Accounts

You need an account to use most tools. Keep your login details safe, and let us know right away if you think your account has been accessed without permission. Accounts are meant for individual use.

4. Credits, plans, and limits

Picverce AI runs on a credit system:

• Free accounts receive a daily allotment of credits.
• Paid plans (Basic, Standard, Premium) include a monthly pool of credits that refresh on your billing date.
• Credit packs can be purchased separately and do not expire.
• Different tools and models consume different amounts of credits.
• Uploaded files commonly have a maximum size (typically 5 MB) and must be PNG, JPEG, or WEBP; some tools may set different limits shown in the tool itself.
• Processing time is not guaranteed and can vary with image size, model, and demand.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload or generate content that is illegal, or that exploits or endangers minors
• Upload images you do not have the right to use or edit
• Infringe someone else's intellectual property or other rights
• Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or otherwise abuse the Service
• Use automated tools to bypass normal usage or credit limits

6. Intellectual property

As between you and Picverce AI, you keep the rights to the images you upload and to the results you generate, subject to the license below. By using the Service, you grant us the license needed to process, store, and display your images as part of providing the Service to you. The Picverce AI name, logo, and site design remain our property.

7. Payments, renewal, and cancellation

Subscription fees are billed in advance, monthly or annually, and renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and your account reverts to the free tier afterward. Prices may change with notice.

8. Refunds

We offer a limited refund window under specific conditions. See our full Refund Policy for eligibility details, including the 7-day window and usage limits.

9. Disclaimers

AI-generated and AI-enhanced results are not guaranteed to be perfect, accurate, or suitable for every use. The Service is provided on an "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, and availability may vary due to maintenance or technical issues.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Picverce AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms. You can stop using the Service and close your account at any time.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms. We will note significant changes on this page.
